This is the personal website of Blake McLain (blakemclain.com). This policy describes what information the site collects and how it is used.
This site uses technical cookies set by its caching system to serve pages quickly. It does not run advertising cookies, and it does not currently run analytics tracking.
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which records the standard server logs described above and caches pages with LiteSpeed Cache so they load quickly. All connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS.
Video thumbnails on the Home and Videos pages are loaded from YouTube’s image servers (i.ytimg.com), which discloses your IP address to YouTube/Google when a page loads. Watching a video takes you to YouTube itself. Request board data is stored with Supabase, the database provider behind the board.
This site does not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising tracker. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is switched on.
Contact form and newsletter emails are kept in Blake’s team’s mailbox for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the exchange. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Request board entries stay on the board until they are reviewed, removed, or the board is retired.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that information you submitted through the site be corrected or deleted, email Represent.bm@gmail.com or use the contact form.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
